Klearskill provides AI-powered recruitment tools, including CV analysis, compatibility scoring, and hiring workflow management. We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or models.
- Misuse the Service to discriminate or engage in unethical hiring practices.
5. Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, algorithms, and branding, remain with Klearskill, a brand under Techstone LLC.
- You retain rights to your uploaded data (e.g., CVs, job descriptions) but grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing the Service.
6. Subscription & Payment
- Pricing is based on the plan you select (monthly or annual).
- Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We may suspend or terminate access for overdue accounts.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Failure to pay fees when due.
- Any reason with 30 days’ notice (without breach).
You may also terminate your account by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers

- Compatibility scores are advisory and should be supplemented with human judgment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techstone LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
- Total liability exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 1 month.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techstone LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Data Privacy
Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data handling.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in The Netherlands.
